Dexstream.io — Dev update .05
Last two weeks were a roller-coaster, including a full scale airdrop and public sale. There was little time for actual development but we managed to push a few minor updates and we added a new DEX… For those who missed the airdrop and sale a short summary, then we will go to the actual dev update.
Airdrop and sale summary
The airdrop was an overwhelming success with almost 30.000 participants. We saw a massive increase in all our channels, telegram, twitter and medium. At a certain point we even turned of messaging in the main telegram app due to too much interaction. However not all of the 30.000 participants got DXS airdropped into their wallets, only 2.000 lucky users were selected randomly (reproduce). After the random selection DXS was distributed to their wallets, see tx1, tx2, tx3 and tx4. As an additional bonus we lowered the pro fee from 90 DXS to 20 DXS for a period of 6 weeks (31.07.2021), this gives all the new users the opportunity to use the full version of the app.
The sale attracted 24 new investors, investing 32.6 ETH for 3.586.000 DXS. Together with the free claims and airdrop that results in 13.763.884 DXS in circulation. There will be a surprise for all the sale participants, this will be announced in the listing post in a few days.
Dev update

Sushiswap has been added
Yes, we have finally added Sushiswap. Pending and new transactions are also visible on the home page. Swap transactions, popular, new and active pairs can be found though the Sushiswap page. It works the same as the once you are used to for Uniswap but the only difference it that it is data from Sushiswap.
Cleanup
A cleanup of pages which are not required anymore since DXS will be listed soon on Uniswap.
Backend improvements
During the airdrop there were a lot of people online at the same time. The performance was still ok but we added some caching and smarter indexing to the database to keep up the performance as you are used from us.
Airdrop lucky user picker
Although no development for the dexstream.io app, it did involve writing some code to select 2.000 users from the almost 30.000 participants. You can find the code here. Note: for reproducibility purposes we included the participant data (only amount and address) inside the code snippet, normally you want to separate this.
